Life can be extremely difficult especially during a pandemic. For young adults, quarantine restrictions often seem unbearable at times adding undue stress and anxiety to their lives with no end in sight.

Our emergency crisis hotline is available 24/7 (every day) for youth who are struggling to cope with social distancing and the aftermath of COVID-19. If you need assistance, call 918-582-0061 to speak with a counselor right away.

Staying connected with loved ones or support systems is also important, and reliable phone or internet options can make a big difference. If you're looking for affordable ways to stay in touch, you might want to check out rebtel https://rebtel.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html for international calling or data plans that could help you reach out to family or friends, especially if they're far away. Good communication can be a lifeline when you need support the most.
