Associate Director of Community Engagement
We are currently accepting applications for an Associate Director of Community Engagement who will provide leadership for donor engagement, communications, community relations, volunteer engagement, and special events in support of Youth Services of Tulsa's mission and fundraising goals. The Associate Director of Community Engagement supervises assigned staff, coordinates community-facing initiatives, strengthens donor and stakeholder relationships, and oversees communications and stewardship activities designed to increase awareness, engagement, volunteerism, and philanthropic support. This position serves as a key partner to the Director of Resource Development in advancing organizational sustainability through strategic engagement and relationship-building efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

CFRE, Master’s degree, or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit development, communications, engagement, community relations, fundraising or related experience.

Demonstrated success building relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community stakeholders.

Experience managing events, donor engagement activities, volunteer initiatives, or communication campaigns.

Experience supervising staff and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license

Housing Case Manager
We are currently accepting applications for a Housing Case Manager to provide supportive services, referrals, and advocacy to young adults transitioning to independent living. This position also assures clients are aware of available services through YST programming/community partnerships and to help them access services and mainstream benefits, and to build relationships necessary to assist young adults in attaining their individualized goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred.

Case Management experience is preferred

Shelter Youth Specialist – Female (3:00PM to 11:00PM)
Shelter Youth Specialist – Female (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
We are currently accepting applications for a Female Youth Specialist to work in our Emergency Shelter. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours Thursday through Monday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The Youth Specialist will provide direct care and supervision to shelter clients, model appropriate behavior, and empower youth to make positive choices, improve behavior, and access community resources.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
