Substance Abuse Program Coordinator
Applications are being accepted for a Substance Abuse Program Coordinator to provide clinical consultation and professional guidance to Substance Abuse Counseling staff; assist adolescents and their families to resolve presenting issues / problems, improve communication, develop skills and enhance overall functioning through therapeutic intervention including family, individual and group counseling, case management, service linkage and advocacy. Master’s Degree in Social Science and LADC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT professional accreditation/license is required.
Youth Services of Tulsa is hiring a Permanency Navigator to work directly with youth and young adults to help link them with community resources and services to successfully transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. This position entails working as a bridge/navigator between internal YST programs, outside community partners and housing options. Bachelor’s degree in Social Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience is required for this position. Case management experience preferred.
Full-Time Shelter Youth Specialist – Female
Applications are being accepted for a Full Time Female Youth Specialist to work in the Emergency Shelter on nights and weekends. An associate’s degree in human services or related field or 6-12 months related experience or training working with at-risk youth is preferred. Family Counselor - Tulsa Main Office
Applications are being accepted for a Family Counselor to work with at-risk youth and their families at our Tulsa Main office. This position requires a Master’s degree in a Social Science related field with LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or eligible to be under supervision. Experience should include work with adolescents and families. Employment & Education Coordinator
Youth Services is seeking an Employment & Education Coordinator to train and support the Employment & Education Specialists and Social Enterprise Specialists. Other duties include coordinating and monitoring services to ensure the program and client goals are being met. Responsibilities for the overall management and success of YST’s Social Enterprise, T-Town Tacos is also required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services is required for this position. Master’s Degree is in Social Services, four years’ experience working with youth and families, two years of supervisory experience and food industry experience is strongly preferred.
Health Education and Navigation Specialist
Applications are being accepted for a Health Education & Navigation Specialist to ensure youth access needed health services, including sexual and reproductive health and family planning services. The Health Education and Navigation Specialist will provide inclusive hands-on case management to assist young people in accessing medical clinic services, understanding medical recommendations, and follow-up services to improve their overall health and well-being. This position will remove barriers by assisting with transportation, accompanying the youth to appointments, providing application assistance and advocating to providers. The Health Education and Navigation Specialist also provides group and individual education on a wide range of health topics, including STI and HIV prevention, and one-to-one health risk assessments used to guide young people in learning about themselves and recognizing their need for health services. A Bachelor’s degree in Health, Social Science, or an equivalent is required for this position. Bilingual preferred.

Duties include planning and prepping meals, managing food inventory, monitoring the budget, and kitchen and food service management. Institutional cooking and child nutrition experience preferred.
