Current Job Opportunities:
Shelter Youth Specialist – Male (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
We are currently accepting applications for a Male Youth Specialist to work in our Emergency Shelter. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The Youth Specialist will provide direct care and supervision to shelter clients, model appropriate behavior, and empower youth to make positive choices, improve behavior, and access community resources.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with youth

Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license

Housing Specialist
We are currently accepting applications for a full time Housing Specialist to join our Housing & Supportive Services team.
The Housing Specialist will coordinate apartment move-ins and move-outs, including inventories, cleanings, and readiness. Manage housing repairs and emergencies, maintain apartment supply donations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure units are safe and welcoming. Build and maintain strong landlord relationships, advocate for youth, and negotiate placements to secure stable housing opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience is preferred for this position.

Case management experience preferred.

Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license

Preferred 2 years’ experience in working with youth and/or young adults
