2020 was a year full of adjustments. Even with all of the changes, one thing remained constant through the year; the continued support from our community. Tulsa Area United Ways' Day of Caring is proof in the pudding.
Three local businesses rallied together on October 9th to help YST with some BIG projects!
Our friends from CEC took part in an annual cleaning of our Transitional Living Program's warehouse. Together they helped YST staff sort donated items into move-in ready kits for youth getting their very own apartment.
Back on campus, Mazzio's employees gave the YST fleet the deepest cleaning it has ever seen. It is quite a sight to witness vehicle seats removed to clean every possible crevice. Thanks to their hard work, all of our service vehicles are now squeaky clean!
Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce's group tackled the largest project for the day, A facelift for our campus! Employees not only pulled weeds, mulched, and cleaned our campus, but also kicked it into overdrive and broke out the hedge trimmers. Needless to say, our campus is looking great now!
We are so thankful to see a community safely come together to help us out during these challenging times!
