Current Job Opportunities:
Street Outreach Specialist
We are currently accepting applications for a Street Outreach Specialist to provide supportive services to young adults ages 16-24 who are experiencing homelessness. The Specialist will work in our drop-in center, conduct outreach in the community, and collaborate with partner organizations. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is preferred.

Case Management experience is preferred

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with youth

Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license

Intake Specialist
Applications are being accepted for an Intake Specialist position. This person will work directly with youth and young adults to help link them with community resources and services to successfully transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. Conduct intakes with clients to collect necessary data to assure appropriate navigation for needed resources including between internal YST programs, outside community partners, and other housing options. Bachelor’s degree in Social Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience is preferred; case management experience is preferred; 2 years’ experience working with youth/young adults is preferred. Employment & Education Specialist
Applications are being accepted for an Employment & Education Specialist to prepare youth and young adults for employment and/or educational attainment by teaching job readiness skills, job maintenance skills, connecting them to employment/volunteer opportunities and developing positive relationships with employment training sites and employers in the community. Bachelor’s degree in Social Science field or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience is preferred for this position. Case management experience and 2 years’ experience working with youth and/or young adults. Must have and maintain a valid OK state driver’s license. Shelter Youth Specialist – Female (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
We are currently accepting applications for a Female Youth Specialist to work in our Emergency Shelter. This is a full-time position with scheduled hours Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
The Youth Specialist will provide direct care and supervision to shelter clients, model appropriate behavior, and empower youth to make positive choices, improve behavior, and access community resources.
Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
