Safe Place Poster Contest

(See Matt Gleason's write-up in the Tulsa World!)

National Safe Place Week
2010 Safe Place Poster Contest Winners

In the Tulsa Area, more than 190 Safe Place sites are accessible to youth: these include all QuikTrips, fire stations, and Tulsa Transit buses. These sites are identified by the diamond shaped yellow and black Safe Place sign.

Any young person in a crisis situation can walk into a QuikTrip or Fire Station or get on a bus and ask for help.

2010 Middle School Winner

Winning posters are displayed on five Lamar Outdoor Advertising billboards and five Tulsa Transit buses. Look for them around town!

Be sure and thank your QuikTrip, Fire and Tulsa Transist employees for being part of Youth Services Safe Place Program and helping the youth in our community.
